It is being offered for sale or ground lease, according to Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties, which is representing the owner, Efrosini Gavarilis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block-type=\"text\" data-dropcap=\"false\">\n<p>The shiny aluminum sided building that is now the Olympia originally opened in Massachusetts and was move to\u00a0Newington in 1954.
