The iconic Olympia Diner, which has been a steady presence on the Berlin Turnpike for 70 years, has been put up for sale.
The diner and one acre of land it sits on is located at the intersection of the Berlin Turnpike and Pane Road in Newington. It is being offered for sale or ground lease, according to Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties, which is representing the owner, Efrosini Gavarilis.
